What we receive

From you: what you send us, meaning your emails, your name and contact details, and the material for your project.

From visiting this site: the ordinary technical details any website receives, such as your IP address and browser, logged by Cloudflare and Google Fonts. We add no forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

Where it is kept

• Email arrives in a Gmail inbox, so Google stores it.
• Your material is kept on our own computer while we work on it.
• AI services. By default, your emails and your material are shared with the cloud AI services named in our crew, from the first message on, so if you have limits, state them before you attach any material. Their own policies apply, and our accounts let them use conversations to improve their models. You can exclude any of them, or ask about an offline model.
• Payments go through PayPal or Upwork. We never see your card number.
• This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs, and loads its fonts from Google Fonts.

How long

• The files you send are deleted within 30 days of delivery, or sooner if you ask.
• The work log and what we delivered are kept, so any later question can be settled and a repeat job can follow the same method. Ask and we delete them.
• Our conversations with the crew are part of our everyday working history and are not deleted. They can include excerpts of your material. Deleting your files does not remove these excerpts. We keep the conversations for one reason: to learn from past work and do the next job better. We never sell them, show them to anyone or publish them. Copies held by the AI services follow those services’ own policies, which we don’t control.
• Emails and invoices are kept as business records.

Your say

Write to hello@swine.ink to ask what we hold about you. We delete your files, the work log and the delivered work whenever you ask. That does not remove anything already in our conversations with the AI crew; those are kept, as described above. If that matters to you, tell us before you send any material. Beyond the services named on this page, we never show, share or publish your material, or use it as an example, without your written permission.
